Intake and Assessment
During the intake and assessment I'll get to know you more and about what brought you to yoga therapy. The assessment will include questions as well as movement and breath.
Practice
Every yoga therapy session includes a form of practice that is right for you and your needs. The session may include movement, breathing, relaxation techniques, meditation, chanting, lifestyle and wellness advice.
Home Practice
Walk away with a practice to do on your own based on your needs, goals and time available as well as time of day.
This practice will be given to you in a format that works for you whether it's audio, video or a scribed sequence on a paper.

The initial session is $140 for up to 90 minutes and includes in depth intake, assessment and beginning to develop a home practice. Each session after the initial session is $100.
New Client Package 2 bi-weekly payments of $200. Includes initial session and 3 follow up sessions.
During a yoga class, a yoga teacher is teaching a class for the group. You may experience a therapeutic effect from a yoga classes. However, in a yoga therapy session, the session is tailored to your unique goals and needs-specifically managing symptoms based on the assessment done.
You can start to feel results in our first session. Each individual has a different experience. You can schedule sessions as it works for you and there's no obligation.
Not at all. Yoga therapy is appropriate for anyone with or without yoga experience.
The initial session will be about 90 minutes. Each session after that will be 60 minutes. How much time you'll need for your practice at home depends on your needs and time requirements. A yoga therapy practice is specific so it's much shorter than a yoga class, it could be 5 minutes or 20.
